At Hook and Heart, each item is lovingly handmade just for you. Due to the delicate and custom nature of our crochet creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

We carefully inspect and package every item, but if your order arrives damaged or there’s a defect, we’re happy to help!

A clear photo of the damage or defect

•   A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

• A replacement (if stock is available), or

• A full refund or store credit

Because our items are handmade, we do not accept returns due to:

• Change of mind

• Color preference

• Size mismatch (please refer to size/measurement info in the listing)

• Items on sale or discounted
